A Talent and Organisational Development professional, Emma brings significant global HR and Talent experience from Commercial and Talent Management roles at P&G, Diageo and Tate & Lyle. Over the course of her career Emma has supported individuals and teams through sizable transitions and has lead the talent and leadership development agenda across multiple markets in Europe, America and Asia Pacific.
Emma works as an independent practitioner to help organisations to identify and develop talent from middle management to board level. She is passionate about bringing together the power of psychology and assessment to unlock the potential within organisations and individuals.
In 2015 Emma’s work was recognised by the Association for Business Psychology awards for Excellence in Assessment for the innovative approach to transforming the capabilities of the UK’s first Children’s Service’s Trust the she developed whilst working with Sten10.
A member of the British Psychological Society and the Association of Business Psychologists, Emma has recently developed a psychometric assessment tool to measure Audience Inspiration and is completing her Masters in Occupational Psychology at Kingston University.
