Nichola has over 20 years experience as an Organisational Development Consultant and Learning & Development Manager and a strong background in people development and change management. She has a breadth of experience in business and people development consultancy and has achieved excellent results in facilitation and development work with individuals and teams at all levels in the private, public and not for profit sectors, including design and delivery of an award winning talent management strategy and development programme.
As an OD Consultant Nichola has designed and delivered change programmes and key policies and strategies including Leadership Development and Project and Programme Management. She holds an MSc is People & Organisational Development and has worked on the delivery of OD Strategy and cultural change programmes in large complex organisations, including performance management systems, strategies for staff engagement; competency and behavioural frameworks.
Nichola also has considerable experience of design and delivery of leadership development programmes and tailored team building solutions. She is a fully qualified ILM (Level7) Executive Coach, member of the Association for Coaching and qualified to use a range of psychometrics instruments including OPQ32, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and DiSC.
