Satwant is a skilled consultant, facilitator and coach who works internationally in the areas of leadership, organisational development, change and global inclusion. Satwant has an extensive experience in the private, public and NGO sectors, building strong relationships, trust and engagement at all levels. Her work has embraced: project management; strategy audit, development and monitoring; design, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of training programmes; coaching and mentoring on management programmes; group facilitation; recruitment, management and staff development, and performance management. She has delivered projects in the UK and across Europe for a range of clients, including: Nomura, Citi Bank, Diageo, Logica CMG, the BBC, European Parliament, European Commission, Home Office Departments,Civil Service Equalities Commission, Department for International Trade, NHS, The Law Society and the university sector.
Satwant’s practitioner approach, whether in small group or large scale, is concerned with supporting individuals, teams and whole systems to manage and deliver change offering systemic coaching, team and leadership development as well as her skills in managing and delivering change programmes to create and sustain healthy organisations. Innovative in the adoption and derivation of new techniques, she is driven by an overt passion for improvement and the achievement of client goals.
